Scraplift Sunday

Hello Sunday! Today's Scraplift Sunday is so stunning and so fun to recreate. I love it! We're lifting Jennifer and her layout from last month's Let's Get Fussy Challenge at Paper Issues. Check out her original layout:

To recreate her fussy cut background, I decided to go with a basic banner cut file and my Cricut machine. Instead of paint splatters I used all sorts of embellishments - ephemera, stickers, buttons, and enamel dots and then matched them by color.
