Stick It To Me

It's time for another new Paper Issues challenge - Stick It To Me. For this challenge, we want you to only embellish with stickers for this challenge - no ephemera, no flair, no twine...just stickers! Got it?! So I used Crate Paper Here + There and maximized the layout by cutting apart the Photo Op paper and created a grid layout with a couple of photos. The only embellishments I used were chipboard stickers. Now jump right in and give it a shot! Check out our Facebook group for my inspiration! XOXO

Getting Chippy

Who doesn't love chipboard?! I feel like it's a staple for scrapbooking. Chipboard stickers are my personal favorite! We visited the zoo in Zurich on our last trip and they had a beautiful elephant exhibit. I knew Crate Paper's Wild Heart would be perfect for this photo. And the little pink chipboard elephant couldn't be any cuter. I also used these fabulous pink chipboard alphas for my title.

So are your hoarding chipboard in your stash? We've got the perfect challenge for you at Paper Issues. It's called Get Chippy and you can see it here! Create any layout using chipboard and then share it with us in our Facebook group. You have until August 5th to play along for a chance to win a gift card to the Paper Issues shop! XOXO

Stars and Stripes Forever

When I saw this collection from Pebbles, I knew I had to have it to document all of our 4th of July activities - hanging out at the pool with friends, BBQ, ice cream treats, and new matching t-shirts. Land That I Love is the perfect combination of  red, white & blue. I love how bright and vibrant the colors are. You can find it here in the Paper Issues store. I was also excited about the awesome cut files that Stacie created. They coordinate perfectly and of course are FREE!!! Find the 4th of July files here. If you haven't checked out the Free Files section in a while you definitely should.

I cut out the giant heart with stars to make a bold statement on my page. I think it looks amazing against the red and white stripes of the patterned paper! Then I added my photo and used sticky squares with my ephemera to make it jump of the page!

I hope you had a safe and wonderful 4th of July! Now get to documenting your memories. The Stars and Stripes challenge at Paper Issues this month is perfect for it! XOXO

Hi friends! We've got a great layout for you to lift today. Debbie has an awesome scrapbook style and I'm loving her layout from Take 5 challenge in May. See it here!  My favorite part is the title she used with multiple fonts and sizes. I tried to duplicate that with several of Maggie Holme's collections. They really work well together which makes it fun to mix and match.

Now play with us! Scraplift Sunday is always great fun and super easy! Can't wait to see what you make. XOXO

Free File Free-For-All

Happy Friday friends! I've been on vacation for the last couple of weeks. While I had a blast, I was definitely missing my paper time! It's taken a few days to recover (hello jet lag!), but I'm finally back to my scrap space. And now that it's a new month, Paper Issues has a new round of challenges for July.

I'm playing along with the Free File Free-For-All challenge today. A lot of times, I used a large cut file that takes up most of the page, but today I went for a simple title - I choose you! You can download it for free here in the Live Life in Full Bloom cut file. I paired that cut file with Maggie Holmes Flourish. The florals and brick patterned paper came together to make a beautiful page.

Check out all the free files section here! There are so many options you'll stay busy for weeks! I know I can. Happy cutting! XOXO

This Is Five

How in the world is it July already?! This summer is flying by, but I'm ready for another month of new challenges from Paper Issues. I'm starting off with an easy one and you can too! I created this layout for the Tic-Tac-Toe challenge. Simply create a layout using the board below with three items that are in a row.
I went right down the middle with cardstock, date, and patterned paper. I used Elle's Studio Note Worthy again. I've used this collection over and over again. I just love the bright colors - perfect for documenting life with boys.

So head over to the Paper Issues Friends & Fans Facebook group and check out the July challenges. There are some amazing one you're gonna love! XOXO
