Free File Free-For-All

Happy Monday friends! Today is an awesome day because I get to talk about one of my very favorite parts about scrapbooking - cut files!!! I've had a Cricut cutting machine for over 10 years and I love what I can do with it. And the fact that Paper Issues has free cut files for any and every occasion is just amazing! Check them all out here! If you have a Cricut like me, check out this tutorial to see how you can convert them for easy use with a Cricut.

So I used Cocoa Vanilla Studio Bohemian Dream and the Spread Your Wings cut file for the Free File Free-For-All challenge at Paper Issues. I started with the Kaliedoscope 12x12" patterned paper which has a pretty white washed wood-grain pattern. Then, I cut out the butterfly wreath in white card stock. Next, I cut out individual butterflies in patterned paper and hand stitched them in place. This way they were secure and able to be folded upward to add dimension to the layout. I also had an abundance of phrase stickers from this collection so I added one to the outside of each butterfly.

To play along with this challenge just use one (or more!) PI cut files on a project. It's really that simple. Share it here for a chance to win a PI gift card! Good luck! XOXO
