November Pinspire Me

Happy Monday to you! I'm back with another Paper Issues' challenge - November's Pinspire Me! Mary Ann always creates the most beautiful mood boards each month. This one is no exception! 

Isn't it lovely?! I had been wanting to use one of the newest leaf cut files in the Paper Issues store and this board was a perfect excuse! I was inspired by both the leaves and colors. I started with white cardstock and then cut out the Open Leaves cut file with a piece of 12x12 paper from the Family & Co. collection by Fancy Pants Designs. I backed a few of the leaves with more patterned papers from the 6x6 pad and then left some open.

I added a black and white photo of my son & my dad from our last camping trip in October. Photos like this one are so special! Then I layered it with lots of patterned paper, ephemera, tags and stickers. I love all the layers! I used enamel dots around the sides for a little extra color. The "sweet" title is from one of my favorite set of Thickers ever - Pebbles Girl Squad!
